How do I schedule my consultation?

All consultations are scheduled via the built-in calendar on the Consultations page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are processed securely via PayPal.

PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: a PayPal balance, a bank account, and debit or credit cards. You will be prompted to pay once you select a date and time for your consultation.

Something came up. How do I reschedule or cancel my consultation?

We use Calendly for our consultations – please reschedule or cancel via the link provided in the Calendly confirmation email.

What is your cancellation policy?

I know your time is valuable, and mine is too. Out of respect for my team and my other clients, I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the consultation date will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation date will receive a 50% refund.

What is your reschedule policy?

You may reschedule once without penalty. Requests for a second reschedule cannot be accommodated and your consultation will be canceled with a 50% refund issued.

No-shows without previous communication/arrangements (“no call no shows”) are non-refundable.

Can I purchase a 1-on-1 more than once?

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of guidance more than once, simply purchase an additional session.

Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with my purchase?

All 1-on-1 sessions are non-refundable.

I reserve the right to decline a request for a consultation for any reason.
